With help of this menu various documents, already linked to a contact, can be edited, viewed, faxed, printed or sent via e-mail.

The documents are archived per contact.

 


With the button [Process] the document can be faxed, e-mailed etc. per line. The lines can be deleted and also to add letters and to send them via mail (print), fax or e-mail.
